Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

• Open Settings › Export or delete data
• Choose Delete account and confirm
• Your account and all your data are deleted right away

If you don't have the app

Email mitameru@hoshikaru.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and the Apple or Google email address you signed in with. After confirming it's you, we delete your account within 7 days and let you know by email.

Data we delete

• Profile (display name, date of birth, height and so on)
• Daily logs (weight, body fat, comments, photos)
• 3D models and outlines
• Goals, buddy connections and cheers you sent
• Notification settings and device tokens

Data that remains

• Purchase records: kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for legal and accounting purposes (we delete them from our database)
• Backups: deleted automatically within 30 days
• Usage analytics: kept only in a form that is not linked to you

If you have Pro

Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store.
